Urs Simmen, PhD in Biochemistry at the Biocenter of Basel has a several year experience in statistical consulting during the partnership of Schötzau & Simmen. Since 2012 he leads the company Simmen Statistical Consulting in Basel, Switzerland. Prior to that he led several academic and industrial research projects in biological, pharmaceutical and medicinal topics. Moreover he appears as statistical consultant in the annual micobiological course "Mikrobiologische Daten – Trending, Analyse, Statistik und Interpretation" organized by Concept Heidelberg.
